Did very well. This was our first home buying experience. There were a few issues that could have been avoided. Mainly the timing of locking in a rate on Friday at 3 pm was sub-optimal and no one double checking the address zip code before signing day was also problematic. We understand this issue originated from the listing agent, however it seems like these are the types of details that cannot be overlooked. We are very happy with the overall performance of of APM and Jon Grus.

Jon was very knowledgeable and responsive to any and all questions we had during our home buying adventure. He was very patient and understanding with us when we went into panic mode after the first two unofficial closing dates came and went when our application got tied up in governmental red tape. He was with us till the end and we manged to come through it all with a new house.
Jon and his team at American Pacific Mortgage really took the time to explain the house buying process to me. They held my hand and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
