Jonathan was fantastic to work with! He was very professional, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He guided us through every step and made the entire process very easy to understand. Especially in a time as such where interest rates are high, he helped us really understand our payments and made us at ease about our payments and what to expect. First time purchasing a house and we went the no credit option due to following Dave Ramsey. We quickly learned in San Diego and what kind of property we were looking for that we had to have a large down payment or a co-sign.
