Jonathan and his team were incredible. Every person I worked with was even more pleasant and supportive than the previous one. At a time of huge stress in my life (in-law moving in, losing my office space, daughter moving out, bedroom swaps, construction....)it was great to have the financial portion of it so easily and professionally handled.

It was a pretty painless process. I read reviews about other lenders losing paperwork repeatedly, taking months and months to close on a refi, asking for money upfront...with Jonathan and the rest of his team, we experienced excellent communication and in a timely manner, the loan closed quickly, no upfront costs, and the couple of issues we had were dealt with very quickly and explained well.
