I would have preferred a better explanation of the decisions made behind the closing disclosures, regarding total loan amount, etc. However maybe this time around I just did not ask as many questions as I should have.

Jonathan and his team communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me up to date. They followed through with what they said and they got it done for me. Owning a manufactured home I have learned the loans are hard to get And the interest rate is never as good as a conventional home. But they got me a great rate on a 15 year fixed and they were the only company that would talk to me and help me out. They did a great job from A-to-Z and were very professional. I highly recommend them

Our only issue was communication. Had the loan processors communicated that they needed more information (point of contact) for some questions instead of waiting 2 weeks, the delays could have been minimized on our end. We moved as fast as possible to ensure closing on the date dictated by getting money ahead of time, rearranging schedule to sign docs but somehow the closing was still not completed until after the deadline. No reason why (notary said he dropped docs off at 11:31am).
