It has been a pleasure the only thing that was a bit aggravating is when your staff change case managers and assign them they do not keep the information about the client they are working with or hold onto any paper work and pass it along before they leave...especially when you have already giving the information to the case manager previously...this happen to me twice so i was aggravated i had to send in the information twice or tell the information again...

At first it was tough going... I was beginning to think that maybe I made the wrong choice in choosing this law firm. Then my new case manager, Janine took over and we started to make progress. All my questions started being answered, she seemed concerned and she followed up with me often, which made it easy to talk to her and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job.

Less than my past experience with another law firm with a similar type accident ten years ago. At Perkins I never met with a licensed attorney at the Perkins firm, located in the Hartford office. The initial meeting was with an employee of the firm who reviewed my case. I explained my accident, answered a few questions she had for me, and left.
