It has been a pleasure the only thing that was a bit aggravating is when your staff change case managers and assign them they do not keep the information about the client they are working with or hold onto any paper work and pass it along before they leave...especially when you have already giving the information to the case manager previously...this happen to me twice so i was aggravated i had to send in the information twice or tell the information again...
