the outcome was good , one thing I would say that everytime I would call to ask a general question like picking up my check , instead of asking a question to the book keeper I kept getting transford to waterbury office , that made no sense to me , a bit of a runaway when I wanted to speak with the book keeper

Absolute horrible experience. Never been let down so bad in a long time. Between my case manager leaving and nobody called me to tell me what happened,3 weeks in between phone calls after I was told "I'll call you right back ". Lack of communication on your end to inform me how my case was being handled. And why my check was mailed on August 21 and nobody in the office had a clue until September 20th that it was lost.
