At first it was tough going... I was beginning to think that maybe I made the wrong choice in choosing this law firm. Then my new case manager, Janine took over and we started to make progress. All my questions started being answered, she seemed concerned and she followed up with me often, which made it easy to talk to her and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job.

I had what I thought, was a very small irrelevant case. Attorney Malek and her assistant Katey have worked with me almost 3.5 years to get this resolved. The outcome was much better than I ever thought. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work. You would have thought I had a 1,000,000 case. I don't think it mattered what the case value was, I believe I got the same attention as anyone else. Thanks again both of you and your entire staff for a job well done. Glad it's over but I will miss talking with you!

My experience with Jonathan Perkin was a very good one. All of their personnel were very professional. They greeted you with a smile and were always polite. From the time they took on my case until the end, they always keep me up-to-date about what was going on with my cse.
