It took a long time to get a settlement and I went through like 3 people and when I called to ask who was working on my case, they did not want to tell me. I had to settle for an amount that I thought was unfair.

Has left messages for my lawer to call me 6 times have not once even talk to whoeven it is i have to call to see how my case is going its hard to talk to case manger

I still have an open case with Jonathan Perkins, my case manager is no longer there and I've been switched to another case manager and it just seems like I'm the only one checking in to get updates. It has been a month since she request documents from the doctor and still hasn't received them and when I call acts like its not a big deal. I know everything takes time; however at least show the client that you care.

I was very pleased with how much automobile accident claim was handled. I had referred my Son to your firm and his case was accepted. Approximately 3-4 months later, he was issued a letter stating that while he may have a claim, Perkins has decided not to represent him. I thought this was in very poor taste and very unprofessional.

My case manager was polite and helpful, but not always as readily available as needed. When I did get a hold of her however, she was well-versed and had an answer for all my questions.

I will say they always answer the phones, but as far as my case manager I had to change my cm because she was not returning my calls or checking on me, still once changed The next cm barely checked on me. But when I did call her she gave me all the info I needed. Settled my case reasonable settlement but took 3 months after my therapy was done...

Service was good, Representatives were helpful, but was not satisfied with the Medical assistance program. Felt like the case was more about just getting the money and the medical protections plan was actually not a treatment but just a roll call to show the treatment, and that cost was too much for that.
