overall happy, would use again. I wish follow up was more often, your add says every three weeks I think ???? I was lucky if it was every 3-6 months, some times I had to ask what's going on. All more communication is needed when your spending money and not tell us. the one that that made me say WTF was 1200.00 to go to pre-trial! if you have to pay then you have to pay, but you need to tell US! this was my first time ever involved with anything like this, I learn a lot! the outcome was good , one thing I would say that everytime I would call to ask a general question like picking up my check , instead of asking a question to the book keeper I kept getting transford to waterbury office , that made no sense to me , a bit of a runaway when I wanted to speak with the book keeper

Absolute horrible experience. Never been let down so bad in a long time. Between my case manager leaving and nobody called me to tell me what happened,3 weeks in between phone calls after I was told "I'll call you right back ". Lack of communication on your end to inform me how my case was being handled. And why my check was mailed on August 21 and nobody in the office had a clue until September 20th that it was lost. It has been a pleasure the only thing that was a bit aggravating is when your staff change case managers and assign them they do not keep the information about the client they are working with or hold onto any paper work and pass it along before they leave...especially when you have already giving the information to the case manager previously...this happen to me twice so i was aggravated i had to send in the information twice or tell the information again...

Handlers were careless and did not fallow up with there words. They did not return calls or give back documents they tuck from me.

Less than my past experience with another law firm with a similar type accident ten years ago. At Perkins I never met with a licensed attorney at the Perkins firm, located in the Hartford office. The initial meeting was with an employee of the firm who reviewed my case. I explained my accident, answered a few questions she had for me, and left. After 3-4 months another person called, explained the prior employee was no longer there. She then asked I review my case in detail a second time to bring her up to speed. About two m... read more
