We weren’t sure how to go about buying our home. Tried out lending tree and Charles contacted me immediately. I was busy and Charles was able to TEXT me through the process since I couldn’t call. VERY convenient!!! Any time I contacted Charles he responded within minutes regardless of the day and time!!!! He was available literally 24/7. I highly recommend him! If you’re working with anyone else I would ask to work with Charles! He’s wonderful.
