Charles was great to work with. He was able to offer us a great rate. Initially, I was hesitant to use a lender not near my area, but Charles was always available when I needed him to be. Completing a mortgage was a lot of paperwork, so being able to stay in contact with Charles was a huge positive. Because of that, everything worked out on time for our closing date and everything went smoothly.

Charles was professional, patient, and above all: he was helpful. Charles walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood what was happening. Buying my first home was scary but Charles understood my fears and helped me feel confident! Charles was the upmost professional and yet down to earth and relate-able loan officer I've ever worked with. He makes working with someone online perfectly seamless! From the very beginning, he was there for me 24/7 - which was wonderful when I had questions to which he responded (which compared to others who are only there for you 9-5) immediately in his off time.
