10 out of 10, would definitely recommend! Michelle Merritt was so amazing and made my entire experience so simple and easy. She was constantly communicating with me and updating me on the status of my loan and what she still needed me to get for her. She was patient with me and explained everything to me in detail as this was my first time purchasing a home. She is so hardworking and also got quite creative with different ways to make different loans work with my income. I highly recommend her!
