Dr Jacobs has been my doctor for over 30 years. He took me on when other doctors were afraid to touch me because of previous sinus surgeries. His knowledge, skill, and gentleness (I am a chicken when it comes to pain) has made an incredible difference in my life. I highly recommend him as a doctor you can trust to correctly diagnose and treat your sinus issues. He’s the best!

The whole experience went extremely well. Dr. Jacobs explained and showed the problem and explained clearly the options. The surgery went without a problem. The outpatient center at NYU is very well run. I could not ask for a better result. Dr. Jacobs' office is very well run, Staff is friendly and I was always taken within 10 minutes if arriving at the office.

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Jacobs. He is very professional, a good listener and clearly explained My diagnosis and treatment options. He arranged that day for a CAT scan at NYU and provided feedback and reviewed the CAT scan with me the same day. He provided very clear written instructions on preparing for surgery and what to expect after surgery. Everything played out exactly how he described. My surgery was a week ago I am doing fine. In addition to his expertise his office manager is available to answer questions and followed up with me as needed. She answers the phone, is very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
