Fitted in to busy schedule on short notice. Lovely doctor, who assuaged all my concerns.
Dr Jacobs and his staff are excellent. He answered all my questions and explained everything about my procedure clearly and throughly and discouraged any fears I had. I was 100% satisfied with the results. The wait time was minimal. Kathy his assistant handle my paperwork with the hospital and insurance very efficiently so that I had almost nothing to do on my own. I am very grateful for all the wonderful work that made me feel secure in every way.
Dr Jacobs is the best of the best, he answers all your questions and spends the time to make sure you are comfortable with your decision to go forward. Dr Jacobs exudes confidence and trust. He is the best !

Dr. Jacobs recently did sinus surgery for me. From the first minute of visiting his office I feel very professional and kind atmosphere. Doctor did all necessary tests the day of visit, described me what has to be done and answer all my questions about surgery and recovery. And the same day my surgery was scheduled. My experience was amazing. From consultation to surgery he explained everything in detail. His office is also amazing. If you call his office there is no 15 minute automated service, your phone call is answered immediately.
