Dr Jacobs has been my doctor for over 30 years. He took me on when other doctors were afraid to touch me because of previous sinus surgeries. His knowledge, skill, and gentleness (I am a chicken when it comes to pain) has made an incredible difference in my life. I highly recommend him as a doctor you can trust to correctly diagnose and treat your sinus issues. He’s the best!
The whole experience went extremely well. Dr. Jacobs explained and showed the problem and explained clearly the options. The surgery went without a problem. The outpatient center at NYU is very well run. I could not ask for a better result. Dr. Jacobs' office is very well run, Staff is friendly and I was always taken within 10 minutes if arriving at the office.

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Jacobs. He is very professional, a good listener and clearly explained My diagnosis and treatment options. He arranged that day for a CAT scan at NYU and provided feedback and reviewed the CAT scan with me the same day. Doctor Jacobs performed needed sinus surgery on me. I am extremely happy with the results. Dr Jacobs is a very skilled and competent surgeon. He is also highly regarded by his peers. Dr. Jacobs, Kathy and the rest of his staff are outstanding. My breathing has been an issue since I was 15 years old and I never sought surgical intervention until I met with Dr. Jacobs and he put me completely at ease especially knowing the thought of surgery scares me. Dr Jacobs is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. Very empathetic, takes time to answer every question, and is excellent at follow up. Very experienced, gives the patient a lot of confidence, and a wonderful listener. I would recommend him highly, and he is very well assisted by Kathy, who is just terrific.
My surgery went off without a hitch. My recovery was very easy as Dr. Jacobs said it would be. Many others made me nervous but I was confident in Dr. Jacobs abilities. I would recommend him to anyone having the same surgery as I had.
