Dr. Jacobs is an outstanding physician, one of the best in NY. I have been his patient for over 28 years with 4 surgeries. Dr. Jacobs is very knowledgeable, caring and with great experience. The overall experience was great. The office is clean and organized. Kathryn is very helpful and nice. Doctor Joseph Jacobs made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. I had a sinus surgery and I was worried about the procedure. The surgery went well. Immediately I asked for a mirror. My nose didn't change. No purplishes or scars. Out standing physician. He is very professional and extremly thourogh. With regards to my case he reviewed with me things that the other doctors neglected or just failed to mention. I found that these are just a few of the professional qualities that make him a leader in his feild.

I had an Inverted Papilloma that was diagnosed at my ENT in Queens, NY. He sent me to Dr. Jacobs, and after 1 or 2 office visits, Dr. Jacobs performed the surgery to remove it. About 2 months later..on my 2nd or 3rd follow-up, Dr. Jacobs noticed some swelling in the area, and did a second procedure to make sure the tumor wasn't back. Looked good! ..and so far-so good. The doctor (AND his staff...in office, AND..everyone in the ER during the (2) operations..could not have been nicer.
Dr. Jacobs is the consummate professional who is at ease in providing a great experience for his patients. Whether it is the primary consultation or post op visit, he presents as a competent, caring and experienced surgeon. As a patient, he gave me the confidence to go forward with the surgery while providing realistic expectations. The results were even better than I expected. Highly recommend.
