Joe was awesawesome and very thorough. But while going through the final approval phase, his team kept asking for the same things several times. as if they hadn't even looked at what had already been sent. (ie..statement showing deposit had cleared, letter regarding retirement fund, ) Had to ask several times near closing how to pay closing costs. Was given CD at very last minute with no time for corrections if needed.
