Dr. Formanek is phenomenal! He is friendly, caring, hilarious and highly intelligent. I am blown away by his expertise and extremely grateful to have met him. I had a cracked, decayed, infected molar that was unbelievably painful. Dr. Formanek assessed the situation and advised immediate removal of the tooth. He extracted my molar in two swift, painless motions. It was remarkable! Dr. Formanek was comforting, empathetic and so kind. This man truly loves his profession and loves people.
