From the moment Joe called me in January to let me know that I was approved, he was right there besides us as our guide for a scary unknown. Right after we were approved for purchase the COVID19 shut down began and the future didn't seem as guaranteed as it did just the week before. Joe was our biggest champion and advisor and made good on his promise that he would make sure we had all the information we needed. Any large residential transactions I invest in the future, I want Joe there.
