I was told I did not qualify for 3.5% down on my FHA loan by Josh because of my â??debt and creditâ? but 5 mins later I was told by Carly it was approved. That was a lot of money I would have had to put down. Either he didnâ??t look into it or he wanted me to put more $ down than I had to.
