Khalidâ??s customer service and â??bedsideâ? manner could use some coaching. He may be very knowledgeable but his inability to relate to clients prevents from seeing his knowledge base. I would definitely refer someone to Josh if I could be assured that they did not have to work with Khalid. Others that I spoke with at Gershman Mortgage were very pleasant to work with.
