Josh and his team were extremely knowledgable and did not push to close the deal until it was the right time. At the very beginning of the ordeal I remember Josh reaching back out and notifying me that he was holding off to lock in because he anticipated the rates to fluctuate down and he was correct. We waited over the weekend and then on Monday we locked in at a great rate. His team was also very quick to close. I want to say 27 days! I will recommend them to everyone I know.
