Josh has been amazing for my first home purchase. He Has definitely made this process so smooth and quick. He worked really hard to get me a great rate and get me qualified for ihda grant that helped out so much with closing costs. I was a little worried about not being able to find a house and getting pre qualified so quickly especially now days, when houses dont last that long on the market. Im so happy how quick the process was. Just over a month of finding my first home and closing is a day away.
