Josh was a great tool and made the experience of buying our first home worry free! I was skeptical at first as to whether I should buy or rent, Josh took the time to call myself and my future wife after we had both finished our days in the office. We spoke with Josh for about an hour starting at about 8 pm. He took to the time to walk us through the process and give us the pros and cons of buying a home. Josh was my loan officer with academy mortgage! He was super friendly and helped me every step of the way. We were in contact through out the complete process and we closed on time! He is really good with different variables with your loan and was very quick to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with him and my realtor and with my new home purchase! EditUNBELIEVABLE is all that I can say about loan officer Josh Nastal, his processor Jessica (I believe that is her name) and Academy Mortgage as a whole. I had a quasi-difficult scenario and Josh made it utterly painless to go through the entire process. I was a self-employed to W2 convert and had claimed mileage on both so other lenders were claiming I was ineligible and had to wait until the new year to be able to purchase a home. Josh was able to help me get a mortgage where others failed. My credit was great, but I had some 'splain to do on another house/divorce and other 'life' items. Josh made 100% sure I got the loan and made the process very simple! I would recommend Josh to anyone needing a loan.
