Josh was always very responsive, and he was able to work our paperwork and situation to enable me to use my VA loan. We had spoken to another bank and the representative told us he thought a VA loan was impossible (and was begrudging when discussing looking in to it for us). We had none of this unwillingness from josh, he was always ready to look into whatever he could for us. Awesome contact!!!
