We used Josh when we bought our house and again to re-fi for some home remodeling. Josh pushed for the lowest rate to help get our payments down. His originator, Brandon, is responsive and very knowledgeable in the entire process. Loan closed quickly and on time. I've already recommended Josh to neighbors and family so they can take advantage of these low rates.
