Our experience with Guaranteed Rate was great from the 1st call we made to Josh. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone treated us with respect and any concerns that we had in filling out forms they were eager to help us. The day of closing one of the lovely lady met us and gifted us with a reef for our front door. She said she just wanted to meet us. Now that's going over and beyond. We've already recommended you to someone else.
