Josh's Team is unbelievable - efficient - thorough and RESPONSIVE. We called them somewhat frantic on a Sunday after having no response from another agent over the weekend - asking for a pre-approval letter for an offer we wanted to submit Sunday night. The loan process can be daunting. Joshua and his team did everything to make it flow smoothly. I liked the Guaranteed app. It was straightforward and intuitive and allowed the process to work online without hiccups. Joshua was always available by phone and got back to me even on weekends. Joshua and his team at Guarenteed Rate made this the easiest part of purchasing a home. He kept us informed through the whole process, and worked with moving our closing date several times due to the builder running behind.
