I recently close our home loan with Josh Epps and Guaranteed Rate . The Team at Guaranteed Rate were wonderful. Kara and Elizabeth are exception women to work with. Josh was always there to answer all questions thoroughly. Everyone on the team are quick to respond to an email or a phone call. I give the 10+++ out of 10.

Josh's Team is unbelievable - efficient - thorough and RESPONSIVE. We called them somewhat frantic on a Sunday after having no response from another agent over the weekend - asking for a pre-approval letter for an offer we wanted to submit Sunday night. The loan process can be daunting. Joshua and his team did everything to make it flow smoothly. I liked the Guaranteed app. It was straightforward and intuitive and allowed the process to work online without hiccups. Joshua was always available by phone and got back to me even on weekends. The team was friendly and courteous. The experience overall was excellent.
