Josh's Team is unbelievable - efficient - thorough and RESPONSIVE. We called them somewhat frantic on a Sunday after having no response from another agent over the weekend - asking for a pre-approval letter for an offer we wanted to submit Sunday night. The loan process can be daunting. Joshua and his team did everything to make it flow smoothly.
