Josh's Team is unbelievable - efficient - thorough and RESPONSIVE. The loan process can be daunting. Joshua and his team did everything to make it flow smoothly. Joshua and his team at Guarenteed Rate made this the easiest part of purchasing a home. He kept us informed through the whole process, and worked with moving our closing date several times due to the builder running behind.
