Dr. Gershtenson takes the quality time to discuss any concerns you have while under his care. I enjoy his sense of humor, honesty, and directness. He explains procedures along with after effects in a manner that I understand. Going to see Dr. Gershtenson at my appointments has been an enjoyable experience.
Dr. Gershtenson is an excellent hand surgeon ?. His support staff is great. My experience was very good, I would recommend and I would use the good Dr if needed in the future.
Dr. Gershenson Takes his time with his patients and treat us like an entire person and not a body part or symptom.

The office scheduled a procedure for me and after it was completed I called the Doctor once and another time called his PA to discuss scheduling surgery and I've been ignored on both attempts. This is not what I expect from a healthcare professional.
Not talking to the patient like they're ignorant but explaining exactly what the problem is and how to relieve it with the less invasive surgery that he can use
Surgery turned out terrible. My hand is still very bad. Doctor never recommended therapy. My hand was better before the surgery. I wake up everyday wishing I never had the surgery
