First of all I would like to start out by saying I was super nervous about having bilateral carpal tunnel surgery. Dr. Gershtenson put my mind at ease from the moment he stepped into the room and started explaining everything to me. I knew immediately I was in good hands. He is vey professional and very friendly. Dr Gershtenson is extremely competent and experienced and up to date on all the latest procedures and equipment. His friendly demeanor put me at ease immediately. My husband’s shoulder surgeries went so well and I am confident that my carpal tunnel surgery will go just as well. This is a well run office group that I highly recommend!

From initial consult to after surgery visits, Dr. Gershtenson and his entire team (Nick, Nyssa, etc..) were both friendly and professional. Doctor Gershtenson is the kind of doctor that people need. He tells you the way it is, tells you how recommendations and/or advice but most importantly, he listens to your ideas, input and requests and if he feels it's a good option, he will go that route, even if it's not the initial route he was thinking of taking. If he feels it's not a good option, he will tell you why. I've never had a doctor listen to me and actually take into consideration what I'm telling them. I highly recommend Dr. Gershtenson. He's an outstanding surgeon but always suggests alternate options if surgery can be delayed or avoided. He is extremely easy going and personable, providing personal attention to each patient. His staff loves working with him and his entire team is excellent.
