Overall the experience was positive and I am providing the following negative feedback to be helpful, as requested. Communication was acceptable but less than stellar. It seemed to be choppy, with 3-4 ppl communicating at once or separately. Also, I really didn’t appreciate having to repeat many of the same steps several times. Overall, Joshua was there when we needed him to intervene and the experience was positive.
