I guess I would have liked a better explanation of how long and how much information (not necessarily for underwriting) it would take to get approved. Possibly, the attorney was part of the problem, but a little more clarity would have helped. My realtor started out fine but his family emergency left him MIA for the hardest part. Closing costs were higher than expected, but thank you for waiving the appraisal fee. I would have given you a B, not a C, so hopefully that helps.
