Multiple changes to the estimates that were not correct and I had to really dig into each of the numbers to make sure they were matching up correctly. I shouldn't have to find numbers changing and closing amounts moving by several thousand dollars. In the end, all was worked out but to the common individual who is not very savvy with numbers and closings, they could be out several hundred or thousands of dollars.
