From Loan Application to Closing was about 35 days!! Now I realize alot of that depended on me getting the documents needed over to Joshua however when I got said docs over.... they ran with it. VERY PROMPT and EASY with the Churchhill App.... Only concern was we were not told that we needed a witness for the closing and that almost became an issue with us living so far out in the country... however we found someone at the 11 hour.
