I was well communicated with through the entire process. All of my information was easy to upload through the online portal. The team kept me updated through the process. I was able to communicate and provide information on my own time, not having to interrupt my schedule. Everyone was kind and willing to answer any questions I had. From Loan Application to Closing was about 35 days!! Now I realize alot of that depended on me getting the documents needed over to Joshua however when I got said docs over.... they ran with it. VERY PROMPT and EASY with the Churchhill App.... Only concern was we were not told that we needed a witness for the closing and that almost became an issue with us living so far out in the country... however we found someone at the 11 hour.
