So I had a previous officer who ignored my request and question about my loan. It appears none of my options were financed and I was asking why; no one replied back. When Josie received my file she did not address the issue either. Everyone acted as if that email did not exist but it did. I asked twice. I tried shopping for another loan but due to the timing hike in rates I was stuck with my loan.
