Josie was the BEST! She was so pleasant and made what could have been a very completely stressful event very doable. She approached everything with kindness and in a way that made things we didn’t understand explainable. She was very present and easy to get a hold of. I think this experience could have been better. The down side of this when asking your documents or any signatures, kindly give your buyers some time to collects all the documents and read everything they will need to sign. At least give your buyers 24hrs to send or return any documents.
