My experience with the KB loan process begin in a negative status. My prior loan officer made many professional mistakes, failed to return calls and consistently gave incorrect financial information. However, Josie Alvarez revived my account and proceeded to provide excellent customer care. She went through my loan line by line, ensuring that I understood my financial obligations. In addition to being available day, night and weekends for any question I may had.
