I have used Jourden and his team to purchase my home and to refinance. Not only does he make process so easy and smooth, he is always available (seemingly 24/7) to answer questions. His customer service is above and beyond....he contacts me when rates go down, provides the closing process at my house, and always personally follows up to make sure everything went smoothly. I always recommend him to friends and family. Anyone can provide low rates, Jourden provides low rates and service that goes above and beyond.

Jourdon work closley with me the entire process. His guidence help me get the best numbers for my Refi. There almost was a problem towards the end of the refi but jourdon made sure everything work out

Jourden walked us through our first mortgage when we purchased our home in 2019, and in the meantime he kept us in the loop with the current interest rates and helped us refinance several times, continually finding us a lower rate and saving us $$$. Jourden and his staff were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. They interacted well with the closing/title agent. He and his team brought their 'A' game from start to finish. I did several loans with his dad, years ago, and it was always a pleasant and rewarding experience.
