I’ve now used him for 3 refinances and 2 purchases. I’ve always shopped around and each time they not only win on process but also pricing. They make the process easy and clear and always answer questions timely and accurately. I was able to close my refi in 20 days and it only took that long because I was traveling for work. It's been a pleasure working with Jourden and his team. If you want a reputable lender to manage your purchase or refinance, I highly recommend Jourden. My refinance was also extremely easy and Jourden went the extra mile to help explain what was needed and when. He also prompted me when something needed my attention.
