I considered getting my loan from another loan provider but since reconsidered when Jourden promised that he can help me get my loan with lower cost. I even got a very good interest rate of 3.75%. He really did deliver his promise. I don't have any regrets changing lender to Guaranteed Rate. They are very efficient and very good with what they do. We worked with Jourden over the course of 6 months while we searched for a house. Jourden met with us at the beginning of the process and reviewed all of our loan options. During the closing process Jourden stuck with us and answered all of our questions. Our lawyer commented that Jourden was extremely timely in responding to her requests. Jourdan was fantastic to work with! Over the course of the 4 months he worked with me to secure a loan and close on my house he was in constant contact with me.
