It's been a pleasure working with Jourden and his team. If you want a reputable lender to manage your purchase or refinance, I highly recommend Jourden. My refinance was also extremely easy and Jourden went the extra mile to help explain what was needed and when. He also prompted me when something needed my attention. Most was done via email but Jourden didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and speak with me directly. I really appreciate that level of customer service and personal attention to detail!

Jourden has been such a pleasure to work with! I worked with him this last year trying to buy to home and he is very honest, transparent, patient and easy to work with. He will answer your calls and emails any time and explains the process is such a easy way. I have also found him to be very ethical in this business which is not so easy to find. This is the third time we have used Jourden for a purchase or refinance and the experience continues to be exceptional. Jourden came through with everything he promised. I found him to be very professional and efficient. He got my loan closed in record time, as promised, and he even really impressed my attorney and realtor, who will be referring him in the future!!
