Information received from Joy during the process was great, the only thing that was not so great was all the things needed to process this loan. Not Joy’s fault. All a loan company really needs is what happened from the last company we were with. I have brought five homes now and never not make a payment on time. It’s a amazing what we the buyers have to go through receiving a loan. Never want to go though this again.
