Joy was wonderful to work with through our loan process - from start to finish! She is so warm - friendly - helpful-knowledgeable and very professional! She kept in touch with us continuously- always providing us with any updates or needed information. She made sure we reconfirmed and double checked the bank information before wiring our funds.
