Joy was wonderful to work with through our loan process - from start to finish! She is so warm - friendly - helpful-knowledgeable and very professional! She kept in touch with us continuously- always providing us with any updates or needed information. She made sure we reconfirmed and double checked the bank information before wiring our funds. Joy and her team are fantastic. Efficient and knowledgeable. I had originally gone with a big name bank for my loan, but the experience was terrible.
