Joy was so very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We had to do things quickly to get the house I wanted and she worked so hard to get things done and make sure I understood everything. I would recommend her to anyone ready to buy a home, she made it as easy as possible!

Logical, easy process. Requests for documents were spread out enough that it didn't get overwhelming. Online e-signing process was easy and always worked flawlessly. My only suggestion is to not have so many different people requesting the same documents. In a few instances, a BankSouth associate would request a document that had already been submitted to a another associate. Then, we had to take time and write back, explaining that we had already submitted the info. to a different person.
