Joy, Daniel and Gretchen are wonderful. They send reminders and let you know where your process is on the loan, underwriting, final documents, etc. I never had to wonder what was going on because they kept in touch with me and were very transparent. Logical, easy process. Requests for documents were spread out enough that it didn't get overwhelming. Online e-signing process was easy and always worked flawlessly. My only suggestion is to not have so many different people requesting the same documents. In a few instances, a BankSouth associate would request a document that had already been submitted to a another associate. Then, we had to take time and write back, explaining that we had already submitted the info. to a different person.
