Joy Brown was responsive from the very first day we called inquiring about receiving lending. She was also VERY knowledgeable. She was responsive when we asked questions and provided clear instructions/next steps/feedback etc. One thing we really enjoyed about working with her was her professionalism and calming demeanor. NOT one time did she or the team lose paper work or ask us to submit documents that were already submitted. WE LOVE HER!
