There is an assumption by the buyer, in this instance, that he will understand when each required document(s) will be due. Example: In first meeting I was told that one of the list of things required will be a list of creditors and payoff amounts. Keep in mind, that there were many items discussed at the first meeting. Five or 6 weeks later, I was asked for the list. No discussion in between first mention of the list and "Where's the list"? Would like more discussion of timing. Thx.
