I am a first time homebuyer who has served 12 years in the military. There were about 5 people who called me requesting documents and discussing my process besides Joy. I felt that the team and Joy grew frustrated with me over time for not understanding the home buying process and some of the conversations left me feeling belittled and demeaned. I do have military friends going through the home buying process at this time and I would not want them to have the same experience as I did.

Process took two long and a little mess. The same materials were sent but asked again, and process sometimes confused. Worst thing is that I got very high rate that is much higher than initially estimated. I can get better rate from other lender, I do not know why I have to pay higher rate with this lender. So agent did not get better rate for me. It is very disappointed!

I felt the vetting process was more in-depth for us than an average person. After providing my bank statement, Daniel mei still asked for the same bank statement which I had already given him and there was no change in the amount of money in that same account. I provided him with every statement from my accounts and Robinhood accounts but he still seemed to find loopholes. I became very irritated and displeased by his constant requests for things he already had turned over to him. Unhappy.
