My experience working Joyce Davis was definitely not what I expect as a first time owner going through the process with lack of knowledge on the fundamentals and the process it?? self. I felt that Joyce was unorganized, unprepared, and lacked time management severely. I?? not here to bash Joyce Davis but strongly believe that her work ethics must improve. As a loan office it?? her duty to any customer to be on top the process and be informative.
