From start to finish it took 7 months to refinance on our house and 3 different times we had to get our paperwork ex. Check stubs, checking and saving account history to them. Also, we lost a better interest rate because of it expiring before being able to close. And we were told we were going to close in December and will get $5,000 from our escrow and then for some reason we couldn't close in time and closed January instead and didn't get that check. Didn't always get answers in timely matter.

Better attention to details. Don't transfer the stress of your job onto the loan applicants. Accuracy. Overall we were successful in securing a loan and we appreciate what Joyce did for us.

Very strange, I contacted this broker to discuss a mortgage loan and she requested I send tax returns and financial documents. I sent everything to her to her email but she never responded, I called numerous times and every time she said that she didn't have time to talk to me or she was still working on my documents. After about a month she stopped taking my calls and emails. 5 months have passed and still haven't heard from her. I have absolutely no idea what the issue is.... Wouldn't recommend at all

I was happy with Joyce until we got to the final signing of the house, besides showing up over 30 minutes late, the final amount due at closing was $2000.00 over the good faith estimate. I asked Joyce why this was and she assured me she would look right into it and call me tomorrow, this went on for a few weeks, she still has not gotten back to me, months later.

The first time we spoke everything sounded too good to be true, and it was. After the initial disclosure my emails were ignored for months until another loan officer took over. This was a very unpleasant experience.

This is my second time working with Joyce.The first time was two years ago and was fantastic.This time the service quality was lacking.We received two lists of requested documents with conflicting information causing some confusion regarding the 401K documents.One list asked for them and the other didn't,so I called to verify and was told not send them, but they were needed.Also,there were a few clerical errors regarding interest rate,and an unauthorized charge to our card.
