JR is very detailed oriented. At the beginning I thought this guy was annoying asking me for all these documents but as we moved through the process I came to understand that every detail mattered especially on that credit report. JR is always available any time of the night or day to answer any questions, he is well knowledgeable.
JR was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. Working with JR Gilet was pleasant & informative. He explains the process clearly and is very straight forward. This was important to me since I was a first time home buyer. He is excellent!!
