Juan was pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was open to explaining things well. I had done a lot of preliminary research and wasn't a first time home buyer, but he was definitely willing to explain every step along the way. I had the experience to work with Juan Escobar when we purchased our home in April 2025. We met Juan after having a bad experience with a previous lender and I am so glad that happened. Juan is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, follows up on everything to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
