Julio- was heaven sent to our family. Truthfully, I dont think I wouldve ever understood the home purchasing process until he sat on the phone one night and explained every detail. Fun fact about Julio: He doesnt know when to stop working. My schedule was extremely busy and he always gave up his leisure time to speak to me.
